CSD&M for IoT: What is IoT for your Organization?

CSD&M Paris 2015 is pleased to receive IBM Research to have a special workshop on Wednesday the November 25th, 2015 from 16:30 to 18:30.

How to register to the IBM Workshop?

Once register at the conference, just send an email to to inform us you wish to register at the IBM workshop. If you don’t inform us, you will not be able to attend the workshop on November 25.


This event is planned as a true workshop in which participants both receive information and contribute to collaborative development. Participants will be able to interact with presenters and other participants, including some key world-class individuals

Dr. Yael Dubinsky is affiliated with the Software and Services group in IBM Research - Haifa (HRL). For more than ten years she is also the instructor of project-based courses at Technion IIT. She has published her work at conferences and journals related to software engineering and information systems, and facilitated workshops and tutorials in leading conferences. Yael has a significant experience with guiding agile implementation processes in the industry and academia. Her book on Agile Software Engineering, which she co-author with Orit Hazzan, was published by Springer at 2008.

Dr. Shah Rukh Humayoun is affiliated with the Computer Graphics and HCI Group at the University of Kaiserslautern, Germany. His current interests lie in mobile application development, human-computer interaction, usability engineering, information visualization, and software development processes. He was the General Chair of the IEEE & ifip workshop on “Usability and Accessibility focused Requirements Engineering (UsARE 2014)” at IEEE Requirements Engineering (RE 2014) conference. He has organized several workshops in leading conferences and has served in the program committee of many conferences and workshops. Shah holds a PhD degree in Computer Engineering from the Sapienza University of Rome, Italy and an MSc degree in Software Engineering from the University of York, United Kingdom.

Ing. Jos Röling works as a senior architect within IBM Global Business Services global Center of Competence for Energy and Utilities. He has extended experience in defining and realization of business and IT alignment where confluence of operational and information technology is key. Specifically consulting and design of the integration of various parts of the smart energy grid. This creates the convergence of IT and OT (operational technologies) and creates the Smart Grid solutions at Power distribution networks. He has extended experience in guiding organizations on a senior ICT management level in their transformation using management consulting and architecture techniques. Jos is an Open Group Master Certified IT Architect and certified trainer on IT architecture.Jos holds a BSc degree in electrical engineering from the HTS-Rotterdam Netherlands.
