Alain Roset

Alain Roset, enters in the Telecom business after studies at Ecole Polytechnique and Telecom Paris Tech. He designs the architecture of the first European microprocessor before granting electronics projects for the French Ministry of Industry. After participation to the Olympic Games of Albertville organization team in charge of telecommunications, he joins the French postal operator with responsibilities into the operations at regional level and at national level for the mail division. Lately, he focuses on the rupture technologies in the mail & parcels business model, testing and developing new business for the postmen and he joins in 2014 the new digital division recently created to tackle the new digital challenges, concentrated on the new strategic disruptive developments. He is a realistic innovative manager, focuses on strategy of the postal operators, the technologies applied to the logistics, the economic modelling, and the new digital technologies developed with open innovation methodology.
